CORE terms of use

1. About these terms

CORE is NPC Office's internal system for hiring, staff records, leave, attendance, payroll and client services, run by Persekutuan Perdata Nicholas Pertiwi & Co, PT Monroe Schagg Internasional and PT Nicholas Pertiwi Konsultan. These terms apply to everyone who uses CORE: people who sign in, and hiring managers and candidates who open their own link. By using CORE, you agree to them.

2. Who can use it

Only people NPC Office gives access to: an account NPC Office creates, or a personal link sent to your email. There is no self sign-up.

3. Your account and your link

• Keep your password to yourself and do not use anybody else's account.
• A link sent to you is for you alone. Do not forward it.
• If you think somebody else has used your account or your link, tell management@npcoffice.com straight away.

4. Use it for your work

• What you see in CORE depends on your role. Use it only for the work you have been given.
• Do not copy, download or share other people's data outside that work.
• Do not try to open screens or records you have not been given, or interfere with how CORE runs.

5. What you enter

Enter details that are true and complete, and update them when they change. Upload only documents you are allowed to share. A consent you give in CORE is recorded in your name.

6. AI in CORE

AI helps screen CVs and assess recorded answers. What it produces can be wrong, so check it before you rely on it. A person at NPC Office makes every decision.

7. Personal data

How NPC Office processes personal data in CORE is set out in the privacy notice.

8. Availability and access

CORE may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. NPC Office may change CORE, and may suspend or end access, including when employment ends, a selection closes, or these terms are broken.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. They do not change your employment contract, the company regulations, or any other agreement between you and NPC Office.

10. Changes and contact
